Pop Politics: Governor Andrew Cuomo's Looming Impeachment + the Legality of the CDC's Latest Eviction Moratorium

In this episode, we discuss New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and the damning report recently released by the NY Attorney General regarding his alleged sexual misconduct. We summarize what's in the report as well as briefly walk you through New York's impeachment process (similar to the federal process but there are some differences). We then discuss the legality of the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) recent eviction moratorium order, which some argue is just an extension of the previous order that expired at the end of July and some argue is more limited. The Supreme Court previously weighed in on the issue, so we briefly discuss that and what legal challenges are already brewing.
